| Eligibility: |
Any judoka,
age 5 to adult (no exceptions), who has a CURRENT USJI, USJA or USJF Card
or National Passport Card for foreign athletes. Judo players must
present card at registration. A photocopy of your card/passport must be
sent with your application. |

| Spectator Information: | Fee -
$5.00 Family / $3.00 Individual NO SPECTATORS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE GYMNASIUM FLOOR! Only athletes, staff, coaches and officials will be permitted on the gym floor; security and tournament officials will ask anyone else on the floor to leave. Anyone not following these directions will be escorted out of the venue! Only certain doors will be open for the competitors and coaches to enter the gym. All other doors will be closed and remain closed throughout the day. |

| Rules: | IJF Rules
will govern, except no armlocks will be allowed in the 13-16 divisions Modified Double Elimination for all pools except 3 & 4 man pools will fight Round Robin. No chokes for 12 and under. Current IJF medical rules (no examination except for blood or grave injury) will apply to all senior, masters, and youth divisions. Pre-2003 medical rules apply to junior divisions only. All female contestants are required to wear a plain white tee shirt or leotard to compete! Blue judo gis are not required – All contestants must bring at least one white gi. |

& Weigh Ins: |
Registration &Weigh-Ins will take place at the Tournament Headquarters - The Radisson Hotel! There will be no registration or weigh - ins at the high school either morning of competition. Scales will be available Saturday at the hotel to check weight Juniors and Youth

Bell will be a national referee testing site for 2007. Head referee is Roy
Englert. Referee meeting Friday night 7:00 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel. |

| Texas Match System will be used. Athletes can pick up their card at the tournament after 8 a.m. All athletes must report to their mat 3-4 matches before their number. Otherwise athletes must remain outside of the gym. | |||||||||
